What size will I be if I T-Tapp??

Okay so...I figured I would blog this mainly so I would have record of it! Here we go!

T-Tapp is an exercise program by a woman named Teresa Tapp. Yes, props on the clever name. ha! T-Tapp promises lofty things. Testimonials are great. But I am a skeptic. I mean, when something promises something that sounds too good to be true...it is. There is no jumping, weights, equipment or anything. You only use your body...you stand in one place and do these exercises and I have been amazed at how much your heart rate gets up and how much you sweat! My muscles are SORE and my tummy looks tighter (especially that extra skin that you get from carrying a human being in your belly!) and I have only done (4) less than 15 minute incomplete workouts (I couldn't make it all the way through!)

So...as far as effort and time you need to put in, it's so minimal. BUT the workout is HARD! We shall see if I have 'miraculous' results.

Day 1
We did the instructional workout #1...we didn't even make it all the way through because our legs were shaking so badly! Kicked my butt and it was less than 15 minutes long!!

Day 2
We did the other part of the instructional video (which turned out to only be a couple exercises)

Day 3
We did a walking sequence from the TappCore DVD, John didn't like it. I however did...and I also did it by myself on Day 4.

Day 4
When I put my pants on today, they were looser in the thighs and the butt...no joke!
This was motivation for me to keep going. I did the walking sequence in the morning. John and I did Instructional #1 again...oh my goodness...I didn't make it through, but John did. I tried but I had to skip the last exercise...I was so out of breath and my legs couldn't take it anymore! I also took measurements today to see progress...with T-Tapp, you measure inches lost, not pounds.

So...here is the ugly truth:

Right Arm - 11.75" (huge, I know...ugh!)
Left Arm - 11"
Bust - 39"
Waist - 36" (um...something needs to be done here!)
Abdomen - 39"
Hips - 43" (even when I was at my smallest, I still had 42" hips!)
Right Thigh - 27" (This should be the size of my waist, not my thighs!!)
Left Thigh - 26.5"
Right Calf - 14"
Left Calf - 13.5"

I will post the next set of measurements next week! Keep posted!
