So this week I missed 3 days in a row, but started again, every other day...and here are the results. I am consistently seeing inch loss and I definitely feel the health benefits. (I felt miserable after the three day hiatus!) BUT..I still feel like an oompa loompa...maybe I am expecting too much too soon! I should probably change my diet too if I want to see quicker loss! My goal is to be able to look adorable in a dress (haven't picked one out yet) on June 11th for my SIL Wedding...so...cheer me on!
