Okay...so I am a little discouraged that things are not falling off as fast as I would like them to. BUT I am also down to every other day and I have not changed my diet either...but here are my Week Two results...I just need to step up my game! My depression has kicked back in a little bit this week, which lowers my exercise libido, so to speak, so I may not have been giving it my all. I hope this week will be different! I need encouragement please! =) I don't feel slimmer, but my mom says that I look it...who knows?! Oh and someone please ask God to send the sunshine for an extended period...
