Okay...so life got busy. It ended up that I did 7 days of boot camp and now have been doing it every other day...however, a friend lent me her mini trampoline and I have been trying to incorporate into my 'workout regimen' (I never had one of those!) I made it 10 minutes today. (and boy it felt like an eternity!) I gotta get off my butt...I guess I just like sitting down...ha!
So...in conclusion...I am still TTapping (BWO+) Every other day. I keep forgetting to do my Awesome legs, but I really really want to try to remember that EVERY day because my legs are my problem area! I am going to try to work my way up to 30 min on the trampoline every day, but then may move to the alternate TTapp days. and hopefully when the weather gets warmer, I will be able to walk outside more!
My goal really is to be able to look nice in a dress for my sister in laws wedding on June 11th...I have a little less than two months... We shall see!
