Okay...so it is day 8, and I have done 7 days of workouts (BWO+ and awesome legs) so far...I don't feel alot of results in the areas that I would like to, but I did experience that inch loss the first time I did this so maybe it will take a little longer to sculpt those areas this time...all together I have lost 6.5" this time. (on top of some of the inches I lost last time.) my results are as follows...
R Arm - 1" loss
L Arm - .5" loss
Pecs - 1.5" loss
Bust - .5" gain (I suppose this isn't the worst place to GAIN!) LOL...
Waist - .5" loss
Abdomen - no change
Hips - 1" loss
R Upper Thigh - .5" gain (ugh!)
L Upper Thigh - .5" loss
R Lower Thigh - .5" loss
L Lower Thigh - .5" loss
R Calves - .5" loss
L Calves - 1" loss
I have noticed that I stand taller (my posture has greatly improved) and I do feel better knowing that I have exercised and I have noticed that my muffin top does not extend so far over my pants (although it is still there =()! So...I have 3 more days of boot camp (I may even continue to 14) and then I will go to every other day...will report back next week unless anything cool happens between now and then!
