L Arm - 11" from 11" (0" difference)
Bust - 38.75" from 39" (-0.25" difference)
Waist - 34" from 36" (-2" difference)
Abdomen - 39.5" from 39" (0.5" difference)
Hips - 42" from 43" (-1" difference)
R Upper Thigh - 25.25" from 27" (-1.75" difference)
L Upper Thigh - 24.5" from 26.5" (-2" difference)
R Lower Thigh - 17.5" from 16.5" (1" difference)
L Lower Thigh - 17.5" from 16.5" (1" difference)
R Calves - 14" from 14" (0" difference)
L Calves - 13" from 13.5" (-0.5" difference)
For a total loss of 5.5" =) This was just from 3 workouts...the other days I was sick!
