So the plan and the ugly:
The plan:
Basic workout plus every day for 10 days (to lose 3 sizes) then every other day until I reach my goal (which is to fit in the jeans I have in storage)...then 2-3 times a week for life! (that's the plan...we shall see what happens)...
I do also plan to do the Awesome Legs workout for 10 days (designed to help cellulite and slim thighs and abdomen)and I still do my butterflies and arm exercises daily along with Hoe Downs periodically throughout the day. Plus always maintaining my posture when I am walking or sitting anywhere...
